Census of Public and Semi – Government Sector Employment conducted by the Department of Census and Statistics on 1st July 2006 for the 7th in the series. It is conducted once in 4 years. Information of the employees of Permanent, Casual, Temporary, Contract Basis or other basis under the State, Provincial Public and Semi - Government sectors are collected.

Preliminary Report is published using the summary sheets filled by each institution.
