Press Releases
Department of Census and Statistics provides data required for planning and policy formulation, and monitoring the progress in implementing such policies. Department also provides data to the needs of local and international agencies regularly on a variety of subject areas drawn from different sources, including its own censuses and surveys. Press Releases issued by DCS provide brief overview on selected reports and various data releases enabling easy access to journalists and the general public.
